Welcome drink, nuts, chocolate
This hot spring hotel in Hachimantai is a comfortable place to stay on your own. The welcome drink, nuts, and chocolates in the lounge, although self-service, were delightful. The view from the open-air bath, which makes the most of its location, was wonderful.

Yuze Onsen is a hot spring with an abundant supply of water that is very gentle on the skin. It has been introduced as one of the "Three Great Bijin-no-yu (a hot spring of beauty) Japan" and is known for reviving moisture and suppleness to the skin. In particular, the open-air bath with a view of the snow while listening to the murmuring of the mountain stream flowing in front of you is the ultimate luxury. The food was a seasonal creative buffet where we were able to taste Akita specialties such as "kiritanpo".

The meals are served buffet style, so you can enjoy as many dishes as you like. Shabu Shabu（Japanese hotpot）has tender and delicious meat. You can eat as much as you like at the breakfast buffet in the morning, so you will feel energized.
