If you have children, I recommend Oedo hot spring. There are many menu for dinner, and I especially had crab and steak, which I refilled several times and ate until I was full. I wish they had ice cream or soft serve ice cream for breakfast. I think it's very good value for money.

Since the hotel is located on a hill, the view of Kinugawa Onsen from the lobby is the best. The view of the Kinugawa River from the open-air bath is also soothing!
