  • From Kinosaki Onsen Station, take the shuttle bus to each Ryokan (Japanese inn).

A shuttle bus runs to each Ryokan (Japanese inn) every time the express train arrives at Kinosaki Onsen Station. This is a quaint Japanese-style Ryokan (Japanese inn) with four two-story wooden buildings built in a 4,000m2 Japanese garden. The inn has only 23 luxuriously furnished rooms and is renowned for its attentive customer service. The inn has a large public bath and an open-air bath, where you can enjoy colorless and odorless hot spring water that is gentle on the skin. Dinner is kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )made with local seasonal ingredients, and you can enjoy Tajima beef and Matsuba crab in winter.

  • A Luxurious Inn: Your Retreat into Traditional Japanese 'Wa'

If you're a man traveling solo and looking for a quiet place to stay, I think 'Tokiwa Bekkan' is an excellent choice. Kinosaki Onsen is famous for its 'Sotoyu Meguri,' which is hopping between the different public bathhouses, but the ryokan's own large bath (daiyokujo) offers its own kind of hidden luxury. You can soak leisurely in the hot spring while gazing out at the garden. The inn itself has a very calm, settled atmosphere, so you'll feel completely comfortable staying there alone. If you choose the 'breakfast only' plan, I think you'll find that it often fits within your budget. It's definitely worth checking out.

  • A holiday spent at Kinosaki's "Quiet Annex"

  • Breakfast included, available for one person

This hotel offers a plan for single occupancy with breakfast included, so it should suit your needs. The price is also within your budget, so I recommend it. After enjoying soto-yu (public bathhouses), relax in the indoor bath. The open-air rock bath is a real treat.

  • Dinner and breakfast are served in the room.

Tokiwa Annex is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday. There are plans that allow you to spend a private and intimate time, such as staying in a room with a private open-air bath and having dinner and breakfast served in your room. For dinner, you can enjoy seasonal fish sashimi from the Sea of Japan, a small hotpot of Tajima beef and Tajima duck, and more. There is also a plan that allows you to eat plenty of crab. The hotel has a large public bath and an open-air bath, where you can enjoy the gentle, colorless and odorless hot spring water. There is also a colorful yukata rental service, which is great for women.

  • This is a recommended accommodation for men traveling alone in Kinosaki Onsen.

This is a limited date plan, but there is a plan for a solo trip to Kinosaki (some meals are served in the room). The hot springs are chloride hot springs, and you can enjoy them in the large public bath or the open-air rock bath. As for meals, you can eat seafood sukiyaki (all year round) using local seasonal ingredients.

  • Single occupancy is possible. It is within budget.

This place is available for single occupancy. It's also within budget. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious, with a view of the garden. It's a little independent guest cottages from the city center, but it's just the right distance for a stroll and I was able to spend a quiet time there.

  • Enjoy a stay at a hot spring inn with a plan that includes no meals

This is a recommended inn that offers a plan with no meals included, allowing you to enjoy Kinosaki Onsen at a reasonable price. You can see the Japanese garden from the room. There is a large communal bath and an open-air bath, so this is a recommended inn for those who want to enjoy a proper hot spring trip at a reasonable price.

  • There is an open-air bath surrounded by rocks.

Although it is a little independent guest cottages from the center of Kinosaki Onsen, it is within walking distance, so you can enjoy a stroll. The room overlooks the courtyard and has a pure Japanese style, so it feels like you are staying at Ryokan (Japanese inn). It is not very big, but there is an open-air bath surrounded by rocks, which was very comfortable. The food was also better than expected.

  • Monthly seasonal kaiseki course

You can enjoy a seasonal banquet that changes monthly, using local ingredients such as fish from the Sea of Japan, Tajima beef, and Tajima duck. It's also nice that you can have breakfast and dinner in your room. The open-air bath in the large communal bath is nice, but we also recommend the rooms with their own open-air baths.

  • It's quite calm considering the price, and has other nice touches.

This is a quiet and relaxing hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn), although it is far from the outdoor Visiting hot springs because it is in the back of the building. You can spend a peaceful and tranquil time here, and it is worth staying there. The hotel has been well-thought-out with details such as a plan that allows you to choose your meals for each night. Many other guests have also commented on the hotel's consideration and taste. It is no wonder that there are so many repeat customers.
