As for meals, you can eat kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）using Shinshu premium beef and Shinshu salmon. The specially ordered dishes, such as trout and seasonal vegetable tempura, horse sashimi, and Shinshu premium beef stone-grilled, are particularly delicious.

• This is a relatively large hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Nozawa Onsen town. It has an indoor bath built in traditional bathhouse style by a palace carpenter. The open-air bath adjacent to the large bath is spacious, and at night you can see the stars. You can enjoy Shinshu original Japanese cuisine, mainly using local mountain delicacies and mushrooms.

The two natural hot springs on the premises are hot and plentiful, and the water is cooled by the wind to the appropriate temperature before being poured directly into the baths.
