お猿がいる地獄谷野猿公苑までは電車で約40分。旅館から湯田中駅までは徒歩だと20分くらいですが、タクシーだと4分の距離にあってそこまで遠くないです。広々とした大浴場の夢殿は地獄谷から引湯している自然湧出泉になっています。近くはレトロな街並みで散策も楽しめます。

渋温泉を代表する老舗旅館

渋温泉のほぼ真ん中にあり、木のぬくもりを感じる3階建ての木造の純和風の旅館です。江戸時代創業であるため、施設は古いですが、特に不便はなく、むしろ渋温泉の温泉情緒がたっぷり残る館内の雰囲気が素敵です。時期によりますが1万円ほどで朝食・夕食ともお部屋食ができてゆっくりと過ごせます。
