Please tell me about a hot spring inn in Hida Takayama where I can eat Hida beef!

This is my first trip with my boyfriend. We are looking for Ryokan (Japanese inn) where we can eat Hida beef, a specialty of Gifu Prefecture, and enjoy hot springs. We are thinking of a budget of about 15,000 yen per person per night.

岐阜県の飛騨高山温泉は温泉宿も多いし風情もあって観光が楽しそうなので気になっていて、年末年始旅行の行き先として検討中です。人気の宿というより、「あまり知られていないけど良い宿」に泊まりたい派です。穴場の温泉宿はありますか？いい宿なのに安い、駅から離れているけど良い宿など、おすすめポイントも一緒に教えてください。
