This is a convenient inn located right next to the ropeway station. This is more like a mountain hut than Ryokan (Japanese inn). It had a homey and comfortable atmosphere. The bath is like a public bath and the rooms are simple, but the view of nature from the window was a pleasant awakening. The food was delicious and homemade, and I enjoyed eating. It was a relaxing inn that was different from a luxury hotel.

ブナの森に囲まれた一軒の温泉宿

酸ヶ湯温泉以外でということなら、「蔦温泉旅館」がいいと思います。ブナの森に囲まれた一軒の温泉宿で近くには蔦七沼と呼ばれる大小7つの小沼があります。この温泉は平安時代に開湯した歴史ある温泉で足元から源泉がコンコンと湧き出ています。お部屋もレトロで風情があります。日本のフォーク歌手である吉田拓郎さんのヒット曲「旅の宿」の歌詞の起草にもなったという、日本の心を知るのに良いホテルですよ。

このホテルは酸ヶ湯温泉から車で5分くらいのところにあります。

仙人風呂は恐るるに足らず。気合を込めて行きましょう。女性用の湯浴みを購入するのも記念になってよいと思うので、湯浴みはお持ち帰りください。ですが、硫黄泉はしっかり卵臭がしますので、温泉の香りを取るのが、なかなか大変ですので、気にとめておいた方が良いですね。酸ヶ湯温泉から車で5分程度にあるこちらのホテルは、大浴場と露天風呂があります。温泉旅行を楽しんでください。
