Can you recommend a place to stay on Sado Island where you can watch the sun set over the Sea of Japan?

married couple and I are going on a trip to Sado Island. We want to stay at a hotel where we can enjoy a hot spring bath while watching the sun set over the Sea of Japan. We are thinking of spending around 30,000 yen per person. Are there any recommended hotels?
