For dinner, there was a lot of Shinshu mountain produce. Breakfast was also Japanese, and I could choose between regular rice and "tororo rice", and I chose "tororo rice". I was satisfied with the variety of dishes that were served, including dried river fish, wild vegetables, and Nozawana.
