  • Matsushima Ichinobo
  • A hotel in Matsushima Onsen that boasts panoramic baths and open-air baths

My friend told me that the scenery at Matsushima Onsen has become even more beautiful after the COVID-19 self-restraint period. I want to enjoy that atmosphere, so I'm going to Matsushima Onsen with my friend. Are there any inns that boast a panoramic bath or an open-air bath?

  • Spend a luxurious time at a resort with a Breathtaking view ocean view

  • Enjoy a relaxing time at this seaside retreat with Breathtaking view of Matsushima. From the open-air observation bath on the top floor, you can soak in the thick, serum-like water while taking in the magnificent view of Matsushima Bay. The alkaline simple hot spring water is said to be effective for beautiful skin, keeping warm, and promoting good sleep, and is especially popular with women. At the order buffet, you can enjoy fresh dishes prepared right in front of you by a chef. In addition, the adjacent Fujita Kyohei Glass Museum also holds special exhibitions, so you can enjoy art during your stay.

  • All-inclusive hot spring inn

  • This is a luxurious inn with Breathtaking view of the sea beyond the vast garden. This is an all-inclusive resort, so we were able to enjoy this gorgeous view, the hot springs, and the facilities at our leisure. They had bicycles available for rental, so we borrowed one and went cycling around the neighborhood. The sea breeze felt really nice. There are also art pieces on display inside the building, and you can enjoy strolling around the building. The open-air bath was an impressive hot spring experience at dusk and the morning sun, when the sea shone brightly. At dusk, I was soaking in the bath for a long time, admiring Breathtaking view view, so my body was quite hot, but the inn staff had prepared some popsicles for me, so I felt refreshed. We enjoyed wine with dinner, and in the evening, we had cocktail time in the lounge.

  • All-inclusive luxury accommodation

  • "Yumoto Matsushima Ichinobo" is an all-inclusive inn located on the seafront in Matsushima. Pick-up is available from Matsushima Station or Matsushima-Kaigan Station. The guest rooms are Japanese-style or Japanese and Western room, with large windows that open up and allow you to enjoy the bright ocean views. Depending on your budget, you can also stay in a room with a semi-open-air bath. The inn has a large public bath with a great view, as well as an open-air bath, where you can soak in the hot springs while looking out at the sea in an open-air atmosphere. There is also a sauna and a bedrock bath.
