In the Tohoku region, Naruko Gorge in Miyagi Prefecture is covered in beautiful autumn leaves and is Breathtaking view. I recommend the nearby Naruko Hotel. It is a long-established hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) that was founded 140 years ago. It is about a 3-minute walk from JR Naruko Onsen Station. It has the largest bathtub in the Naruko Onsen area and also has a variety of open-air baths with different themes. It is interesting to see how the color of the hot spring water changes subtly depending on the outside air and humidity. The food Buffet was very satisfying, with plenty of local dishes such as salt-grilled sweetfish and local sake. There are many tourist spots around the hotel, such as Naruko Onsen Shrine and the dam, so we enjoyed it thoroughly.

The crimson mountains reflected on the lake surface are a stunning sight. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and features numerous artworks and works of art. The open-air bath surrounded by the autumn foliage is the best.

作並温泉で心身癒された

宮城県仙台市にある作並温泉はいかがですか。「岩松旅館」は見た感じは立派なホテルですが、古い階段で露天風呂に降りていく箇所もあります。渓流を見ながら露天風呂につかれます。自然の中で温泉を堪能できました。食事はプランによって部屋食がありました。バイキングにしましたが和食メインで地場産お料理コーナーがありました。もし電車の利用なら作並駅からの往復送迎もあります。

日本風情を感じられる銀山温泉。ここはよく写真で見る銀山温泉の風景の場所とは少し離れますが、規模や設備など、快適性の観点からおすすめします。特に温泉は2つ内湯がありますが、どちらも昔の風情があって良かったです。姉妹館「銀山荘」のお風呂も無料で入ることができます。温泉街の中心までは徒歩圏内です。

岩手県の花巻にある大沢温泉はどうでしょうか。一つの敷地に全部で7つのお風呂を楽しめます。開放感のある内湯や露天風呂、貸切風呂など趣が異なっていて温泉を満喫できました。夕食はお部屋食でゆっくりいただけますし、もちろん味もおいしいです。部屋から眺める渓流もとても癒しになります。

山形にあるユニークな宿

山形県にあります。建物は古いですがとても風情があり趣を感じます。ちょっとした博物館のようなものも併設されていて楽しめました。全部の客室に源泉かけ流し温泉があってゆっくりと入れました。食事は地元の野菜や肉を使っていてとてもおいしいです。朝食につきたてのおもちが出てきたのには驚きましたが、とてもおいしかったです。

秋保温泉の大きな歴史あるホテルで、料理が美味しくてお風呂もいいです。源泉掛け流しのお風呂があり、肌が滑らかになります。料理は選べますが肉から魚介まであり、アワビなどもありました。のんびりと贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
