There are several restaurants in the building, but you can also dine in your room. The kaiseki style meal is all about crab in the winter. In the summer, you can enjoy grilled Japanese beef from Hokkaido.

This hotel has a huge hot spring in Noboribetsu Onsen. It is a wonderful inn with a huge open-air bath overlooking the mountains. For the dinner Buffet, we had crab to our heart's content. The tuna was thick and the salmon roe and squid were fresh and very satisfying. There are also Instagram spots such as the decorations in the lobby.

This inn is located in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido. In winter, the location is beautiful with snowy scenery. There are various types of hot springs, and you can enjoy long baths. All of them are 100% natural hot spring, and they will make your skin smooth. The food is also delicious, and you can eat as much crab, sushi, and meat as you like.

Noboribetsu is famous for its hot springs in Hokkaido. The spring quality is excellent. You said you were staying with your father, but if you want to enjoy a meal, I recommend "Mahoroba". It's a Buffet style, but there is a venue set up for individual guests, not a venue for group guests, so those who use that venue can eat in a relaxed atmosphere. We were able to enjoy Hokkaido-style meals such as crab, and I think it's a delicious hotel with Buffet.

There is a large open-air bath where you can enjoy four different types of spring water. Another recommended point is that you can eat as much "ikura" as you want at dinner. There is a free bus from Sapporo Odori Park to the hotel. Therefore, even if there is a lot of snow, you can get to the hotel without any problems. It's very helpful.

Besides crab, they also have salmon roe. It's best to eat it with a generous amount on top of your bowl. Other delicious items include scallops, steak, and ramen. There are semi-private rooms, so you can relax and eat buffet-style. The bath is large, so you can enjoy open-air bath to the fullest. This is my favorite hotel and I'm a repeat customer. Also recommended is Daiichi Takimotokan, which is in the same Noboribetsu area. open-air bath is small, but you can drink alcohol and soft drinks in the bath for a fee, which is great.
