[Couples' Trip] What are the recommended onsen(hot spring) Ryokan (Japanese inn) in onsen(hot spring)?
My girlfriend and I are planning our New Year's visit to a shrine (Hatsumode) at Izumo Taisha. We'd like to stay one night at Tamatsukuri Onsen afterward. Since it's a special trip, I'd really appreciate recommendations for an onsen ryokan with a focus on the quality of the hot spring water (onsen).

- The hotel is calming and the food is delicious. onsen(hot spring) is quiet, and the open-air bath is on the upper floors, so the view is great and open. It's also located in the center of onsen(hot spring) Onsen, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
