Located in the center of Yuzawa Onsen town, it is highly recommended for its location, which makes it easy to visit the hot springs and eat your way around! It is also a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station, making it easily accessible. We enjoyed visiting the hot springs in independent guest cottages building, which is filled with garden atmosphere. There is also an open-air bath. For meals, we had a delicious Buffet made with carefully selected ingredients in the restaurant, which also has a live kitchen.

Of the three types of rooms with outdoor baths (with outdoor hot spring bath, with outdoor hot spring bath in garden, and with half outdoor bath), the room with outdoor hot spring bath in garden is recommended. The refrigerator in this room is stocked with welcome drinks such as beer, coffee, and orange juice. After bathing in the outdoor bath, it is nice to sit on a chair on the terrace and look at the Japanese garden. There are times when you can drink welcome drinks such as soft drinks and beer in the lounge, and many people seem to drink a cup while eating the hot spring eggs that can be made for free. With the room-dining or private room plan, you can choose a Japanese kaiseki course or Wakasa beef shabu-shabu course with a menu of seasonal vegetables, matsutake mushroom earthenware pot, and specially grilled Wakasa beef Shabu Shabu（Japanese hotpot）. With the standard plan, both meals are buffets.

If you're planning on visiting Kanazawa Castle or Kenrokuen Garden, we recommend "THE HOTEL SANRAKU KANAZAWA." It's located right in front of Kanazawa Castle Park (Otemon Gate), making it extremely accessible. You can even enjoy the luxury of strolling through Kenrokuen Garden early in the morning while it's still quiet. The hotel just opened in 2022, and the interior is gorgeous and beautiful. Take the Ugo Kotsu bus bound for Nyuto Onsen and get off at the Kyuka Mura bus stop to reach this hotel. There are trees all around and the air is fresh. This place has a great view and offers a full course meal of tagged Echizen crab, including crab sashimi, fragrant grilled crab, and crab Shabu Shabu（Japanese hotpot）. It is extremely fresh and delicious. There is also an open-air bath with an ocean view, so it should meet your needs.

The Hyatt Centric Kanazawa is directly connected to Kanazawa Station, making it convenient for getting around. A major advantage is that you can get around without getting wet even on rainy or snowy days. There don't seem to be many shops nearby, so be sure to bring all the amenities you need.
