Enjoy local cuisine! Accommodations in Nozawa Onsen where you can enjoy gourmet food

My family and I are going on a sightseeing trip to Nagano Prefecture. We would like to stay in Nozawa Onsen. If possible, we would like to stay at an inn where we can eat local cuisine and other local delicacies. Are there any places you would recommend?

My wife and I are going on a hot spring trip. Please let me know which hotels in Noboribetsu Onsen offer in-room dining with local cuisine.

Now that our children have become working adults, we are planning a trip married couple for the first time in a long time. We want to relax in Noboribetsu Onsen, so we are looking for a place to stay where we can eat meals in the room.
