I recommend Ibusuki Shusuien. They provide a shuttle service to JR Ibusuki Station. This is a hot spring inn where you can feel the Japanese atmosphere as soon as you stand in front of the entrance. Looking out at the garden next to the lobby, you will feel that it was worth coming all the way there. The baths 100% natural hot spring, and the open-air rock bath at night is a great way to relax. Unfortunately, there are no accommodations that offer free shuttle buses to Kagoshima Chuo Station. To get to Ibusuki Station and Kagoshima Chuo Station, please take the local train. They run a steakhouse, and if you have lunch there, the bath fee is half price, but I highly recommend the day-use bath plan that includes meals. As you would expect from a large Ryokan (Japanese inn), the baths are spacious! Both the indoor bath and the open-air bath, both made entirely of cypress, are spacious and relaxing. I stayed here with five friends, and we really liked how the room was spacious. Even if we stayed at another hotel, we would want to come just to take a bath with meals included. Of course, you can just drop in without meals!

You can stay at a reasonable price, and it is recommended for business trips.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Shinsaibashi is accessible from both Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station, and has access to three lines, including the Midosuji Line, making travel to business districts like Umeda and Yodoyabashi extremely smooth. It's also located right next to the exit for the underground shopping mall "Crysta Nagahori," so you don't have to worry about bad weather. It's a great location for enjoying sightseeing after work.

It is a little independent guest cottages from Hakone Yumoto Station, but it is about 5 minutes by 100 yen bus.
