If you are looking for TOHO Cinemas Shinjuku at the former site of Koma Theater, I recommend the Shinjuku Prince Hotel. It's not a cheap hotel, but it's a bit luxurious and comfortable. There are no problems with public safety at all. Please use this as a reference.

It's conveniently located just a few minutes walk from both Tenjin Station and Akabane Station. It's cheap, but the rooms are clean and comfortable to sleep in. Amenities are also provided. Breakfast is available at the cafe on the first floor. There is a convenience store next door, so it's very convenient. Another good point is that check-in is at 1pm.

博多駅から徒歩約10分ですが、道が分かりやすいのでアクセスに不便はありませんでした。九州一人旅の拠点として、新幹線や在来線への移動がスムーズで助かります。特筆すべきは、郷土料理が並ぶ朝食バイキング！明太子やがめ煮など、福岡ならではの味が楽しめて、朝から元気が出ました。1泊1万円以下でこのクオリティは、ビジネスホテルとして文句なしです。

There are 3-4 shuttle buses per hour from Nagoya Station to Nagashima Spa Land. We recommend a hotel within 2 stops of Nagoya Station. This hotel is close to the station and has a large natural hot spring bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna. There are many coffee shops nearby, so you can easily enjoy a Nagoya breakfast.

福岡でホテルをお探しでしたら、こちら「ドーミーイン博多祇園」をおすすめします。博多から地下鉄で1駅の祇園駅に近く、博多駅からも徒歩10分ぐらいで移動にも便利な立地です。日程によってはご要望に応えられると思います。客室は一般的なビジネスホテルですが、なんと言っても、こちらは温泉付きです。ライブで疲れた体にも嬉しいと思いますよ。接客は親切、朝食も品数豊富で美味でした。

お薦めのホテルは栄駅前すぐのビジネスホテルです。白と茶のモダンで綺麗なお部屋が魅力です。部屋の広さは、シングル、ツインとも充分に余裕があります。ロビーを広くとってあるのも好印象です。中日劇場は駅を跨いだ向こう側になります。

Although it is a little independent guest cottages from the downtown area, the location is fine for business. Amenities are abundant and the rooms are spacious. Taxis are always on standby.
