This hotel boasts an incredible location, directly overlooking the breathtaking Kinugawa Gorge. They have special guest rooms called "Sui" which feature your own 100% pure, free-flowing private open-air bath (rotenburo). You can choose rooms facing either the mountain stream or the mountainside, both offering serene views. The hot spring water itself is a mild alkaline simple spring, known for being gentle on the skin. You can enjoy this wonderful onsen water not just in those private room baths, but also in their charming communal open-air baths and the spacious indoor public baths (daiyokujo). When it comes to dining, you're spoiled for choice! The Kinugawa Plaza Hotel has four different restaurants offering a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, all prepared using fresh, local ingredients.

Once you pass through the entrance, you will find an impressive 9-story reception desk. Attached to the large public bath is a nano-mist sauna and a dry sauna. Of course, there is also a cold bath. Meals are served at Buffet with over 100 types of food, using local seasonal ingredients.

鬼怒川温泉駅から徒歩5分の場所にあるホテルです。夕食に湯葉のお造りや湯葉煮などが提供されます。その他にも川魚や地元米など、日光のご当地グルメを会席料理でいただけます。お食事処は大きなガラス張りになっていて、手入れされた中庭を見ながらお食事がとれるのはおすすめポイントですね。温泉は岩風呂の他、「大江戸浮世風呂」という窓が障子になっているような和のお風呂と「屋形船」という本当に船の形をしたお風呂があり、見た目も楽しい温泉となっていて、友達とワイワイしながら浸かるのにぴったりです。

ここは大自然に囲まれた環境で、客室数が少なめということもあり、アットホーム感のある宿でした。大浴場の浴槽はとても大きいタイプではありませんが、目の前には自然美が広がり、静かな環境で楽しむことができました。また、貸切露風呂もあり、こちらはソファールームもあるので、プライベートでくつろぎたいときには最高の場所でした。また、徒歩１分ほどの場所に系列のホテルがあり、こちらの大浴場も利用できるので、湯めぐりも楽しめます。ちなみにこちらの露天風呂は広々としていましたよ。食事処は半個室で、湯河原ならではの海の幸がメインの会席。名物の豆乳霙鍋も美味しくいただけました。観光スポットも近くにあるので、立地も良いですよ。

This inn has a wide variety of hot springs. There are two types of private baths that can be enjoyed by guests only by reservation: Kinu no Yu with a semi-open-air bath and Nikko no Yu with a bedrock bath. Both are extremely private. There is also a sauna and cold bath that can be used from 3pm to 10pm, so this is a recommended hot spring inn where you can relax and rejuvenate both your body and mind.

炭のおもてなしが味わえるこだわりのお宿です。炭にこだわった炭澄の湯に入れば、魚籠に入れられた炭と鬼怒川温泉の効能との相乗効果でツルツル・すべすべのお肌に。湯板に炭を敷き詰めてあるため足の裏が刺激され、炭の遠赤外線の効果で身体の芯まで温まります。炭を練り込んだ自然素材の壁材を使用し、寝具に備長炭を忍ばせるなど、炭に癒される炭ルームもあります。お食事はごはん処又はお部屋食にていただけます。

This hotel has a beautiful view with the Kinugawa River flowing nearby. They also lend out cute colorful yukata robes, which are sure to be great memories! Although it is a Japanese-style room, there are also rooms with beds, so it is comfortable for foreigners to stay. The rooms also have a Japanese feel, so I recommend it!
