"Mimatsu" is a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) with a tasteful corridor garden. The hot spring has a large garden bath with a retractable dome, and you can enjoy a comfortable bath in the large bath or open-air bath. There are also many rooms with open-air baths. Dinner is Japanese cuisine carefully prepared using fresh local Fukui ingredients.

Of the three types of rooms with outdoor baths (with outdoor hot spring bath, with outdoor hot spring bath in garden, and with half outdoor bath), the room with outdoor hot spring bath in garden is recommended. The refrigerator in this room is stocked with welcome drinks such as beer, coffee, and orange juice. After bathing in the outdoor bath, it is nice to sit on a chair on the terrace and look at the Japanese garden. There are times when you can drink welcome drinks such as soft drinks and beer in the lounge, and many people seem to drink a cup while eating the hot spring eggs that can be made for free. With the room-dining or private room plan, you can choose a Japanese kaiseki course or Wakasa beef shabu-shabu course with a menu of seasonal vegetables, matsutake mushroom earthenware pot, and specially grilled Wakasa beef Shabu Shabu（Japanese hotpot）.
