There are plenty of places to eat nearby, so you can enjoy dinner out and then come back to soak in the "Silver Spring" (Ginsen), a famous Arima Onsen specialty.

I highly recommend Kamenoi Hotel Arima! It's currently closed for renovations but is scheduled to reopen in August 2025. What makes this hotel special is that it has a rare "Gold Spring" (Kinsen) source right on its premises, meaning you can enjoy incredibly fresh hot spring water! If you're not a fan of public baths, they also have rooms with open-air baths that use the Gold Spring water, so you can enjoy a private soak. While there are many dining options in Arima Onsen town, the hotel's restaurant offers course meals featuring Kobe Beef, a renowned brand of wagyu. You can savor this alongside other delicious mountain and sea delicacies from Hyogo prefecture.

How about Nakanobo Zuien, an inn boasting over 150 years of history and tradition in Arima Onsen? In addition to the large public baths, they also offer rooms with open-air baths and private reservable baths, allowing you to fully enjoy the hot spring water directly from the source. While the prices are on the higher side, you can find relatively reasonable accommodation by looking for special plans available on specific dates, including weekdays. Since it's conceptualized as an "inn for adults," you'll likely find it even quieter and more relaxing on weekdays than on weekends.

有馬温泉の町は坂が多いので荷物が多い人は苦労しますが、メルヴェール有馬ホテルなら有馬温泉駅から徒歩1分なので、チェックイン前に荷物を預け、身軽になって散策ができる。平日なら1人で泊まったとしても朝食バイキング付きで15,000円～で泊まれるのは、駅から近いこと、金泉と銀泉の両方の温泉に入れることを考えると、コスパ良すぎだと思う。人数が多いならグループ旅行に向く和洋室がある。和室の部屋は赤ちゃんがいても使いやすいので、子連れ旅行にもおすすめだ。

The meal is a carefully selected kaiseki course, cooked in the kitchen on the same floor and brought to the room while it is still hot. The food is as extravagant as possible, including Kobe beef fillet and sirloin steak, abalone, sea urchin, and other appetizers, as well as Akashi sea bream and live sashimi of tuna. The breakfast is so luxurious that it could be mistaken for dinner. The bath in the room is of course good, but the inn's observation large bath is on the same floor, so it is easy to get to. The bath has a spacious indoor bath (Ginsen) with Breathtaking view view below, an open-air bath where you can taste Kinsen and Ginsen, and a sauna is also attached. By the way, there is also a wonderful large bath in the basement. If you have time, I recommend going there. The indoor bath and open-air bath have a completely different atmosphere from those on the 9th floor.

有馬温泉で最も有名といっても過言ではない兵衛向陽閣を自信をもってお勧めします。創業700年の老舗の旅館で、敷地内にある源泉からは金泉が豊富に湧き出ていて、3つのエリアにある合計９つの湯舟で楽しむことができ、湯めぐり気分が味わえます。高級な温泉旅館ですが、平日の素泊まりなら20,000円しないで泊まれるのでお得だと思います。もし余裕があるならぜひ食事もつけてもらいたい。プランにもよりますが、お部屋に食事を持ってきてもらい、食事ができるのですが、その場合は会席料理。レストランの場合はデザートビュッフェ付きの会席料理、50種類の料理からなるブッフェと、予算に応じて選べます。

有馬温泉でお得に泊まれるホテルをお探しでしたら、ダイヤモンド有馬温泉ソサエティもおすすめ。「金泉」はありませんが、大浴場や開放感溢れる露天風呂で「銀泉」に浸かることができます。贅沢な温泉旅館に比べると宿泊費は抑えることができますし、予約タイミングによってはさまざまな割引も実施しています。夕食は瀬戸内海の新鮮な山海の幸を使った会席料理のほか、和洋の一品の数々が用意されているため、各国のゲストの方にもお口にあうメニューを選んでいただけます。

湯めぐりをしたいのなら有馬きらりホテルが良いと思います。有馬温泉駅からは徒歩10分と比較的近い場所にあり、送迎も頼むことができます。何よりおすすめなのが、ホテル内で金泉と銀泉の両方の温泉に入れること！さらに有馬に1か所しかない温泉テーマパーク「太閤の湯」の利用もできるんです。太閤の湯ではサウナ、蒸し風呂、岩盤浴もできますよ。夕食無し、朝食のみならひとり10,000円ぐらいで泊まれて、さらに温泉三昧できることを考えると安いと思います。

有馬温泉随一の自然を誇る落葉山と滝川に挟まれた宿です。離れタイプの露天風呂付き客室「曲水亭」があっておすすめです。源泉かけ流しの温泉を客室以外でも滝川沿いにある露天風玉鉾の湯・阿福の湯」や大浴場「亀の湯・鶴の湯」で楽しめます。 そして食事ですが、部屋食で兵庫近郊で獲れた海の幸や神戸BEEFを使った会席料理が食べられます。特に別注料理の神戸BEEF網焼きや明石の海鮮陶板焼きなどは絶品ですよ。

古い建物ではあるものの、清潔感があるホテルです。食事は旬の食材を使ったお食事をあたたかい状態でいただけます。また宿の向かいには薬膳カレーの美味しい古民家カフェ「チックタク」がありますし、裏には豆腐やおからを使ったヘルシーなおやつを売っている洋菓子店「まめ清」もあります。
