There are also several private open-air baths. There is also a room plan with an open-air bath that offers a view of the town of Kotohira. For dinner, you can enjoy colorful dishes made with plenty of Sanuki ingredients, such as Sanuki beef.

How about "Kotosankaku"? It is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Kotohira Station and 5 minutes from Omotesando. From the observation bath, which is exclusively for guests staying in the main building, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Shikoku. For meals, you can enjoy seafood from the Seto Inland Sea and seafood from the Sanuki countryside in a Japanese kaiseki style meal. The olive chicken rice kettle was delicious.

The hotel is conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the approach to Kotohira Shrine. The breakfast Buffet, with about 50 varieties. The hot springs are also luxurious, and the women's open-air bath has a gorgeous tub filled with rose petals, which I highly recommend.

You can enjoy the authentic Konpira hot springs, and the quality is quite good. It is located a 15-minute walk from Kotoden Kotohira Station, so it is easy to access. The meals are fresh and elegant, with olive beef and vegetables, so you will be very satisfied.

This is the closest hotel to Takamatsu Station. The price per person for a room only stay is reasonable. Of course, there is a parking lot, but I think it is also convenient for going on a udon tour by train from the station. The rooms are normal city hotels, but they are well-maintained, clean and comfortable.

For meals, we enjoyed creative cuisine that used many ingredients from Kagawa. For hot springs, we were able to enjoy the natural hot springs from the open-air bath on the rooftop while looking out over the hot spring town.

Originally a long-established inn founded in the Meiji era, Kyoritsu Resort has renovated it and is now operating it in the Reiwa era. It is a nostalgic three-story wooden inn. It is an attractive inn that combines Japanese and modern styles. There are large public baths for men and women, a large indoor bath, and two open-air baths: a rock bath and a cypress barrel bath. There are also four private baths with different themes. There is also a foot bath area and colorful yukatas available to rent within the facility, as well as a souvenir corner, making it a very fulfilling experience. For meals, you can enjoy fresh kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with seasonal ingredients. The breakfast is a Japanese set meal, but it is quite a luxurious meal and will leave you satisfied.

We recommend the APA Hotel Marugame Ekimae Odori. The most reliable and convenient way to get to the soccer stadium is to take the bus from in front of the station. This hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Marugame Station, making it very easy to get to. The hotel also has a large public bath, and even the plan that includes a rich Buffet breakfast is very reasonable, so we recommend it as a base for sightseeing in addition to watching the games.

On soccer match days, a special shuttle bus runs from Takamatsu Station to the stadium, so this hotel near Takamatsu Station is convenient. The hotel offers free drinks, a microwave corner, and a coin laundry. The rooms range from single rooms to Japanese-style rooms that can accommodate four people, and the space is chic and relaxing.

This beautiful official hotel of New Reoma Forest is located about a 15-minute drive from JR Kotohira Station. It also has convenient access to Shikoku Aquarium. You can relax in a variety of open-air baths, including natural hot springs, natural herbal baths, and highly concentrated carbonated springs, surrounded by forest. Meals are served Buffet style in the spacious dining room, where freshly prepared meals are provided in the live kitchen. The roast beef, steaks, sashimi, sweets, and more are all delicious.

This inn is conveniently located near downtown Takamatsu. They provide free coffee and free udon for breakfast. The hotel is old but clean, and I was satisfied with the service at reception desk and the breakfast. I think this inn offers good value for money.

When I went on a udon restaurant tour as a student, I stayed at a business hotel called Takamatsu City Hotel, which is about a 4-minute drive from JR Takamatsu Station. There was a surprisingly cheap plan for a room only stay. The facilities are a little old, but it's convenient that it's close to the downtown area and has a parking lot.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Kataharamachi Station on the Kotoden line, so you can have udon for breakfast or for a late-night snack. The roads are easy to find. If you are at Takamatsu Station, turn left as you face the sea, and if you are in the center where Mitsukoshi and the prefectural office are located, turn forward with your back to the sea. That's it. It's a convenient accommodation with a reasonable budget. Nearby famous udon restaurants include "Udonbo" near Kataharamachi Station (Kasugamachi Market, Tsurumaru, Goemon), "Udonbo" near Kawaramachi Station, "Sakaeda" next to the prefectural office, and "Tamoya" in the Takamatsu Port area.

This inn is located an hour's drive from Shikoku Aquarium. You can enjoy 100% natural hot spring waters of Shionoe Onsen to your heart's content in the large communal bath, open-air bath, and the bath in your room. Meals are served in the restaurant, where you can enjoy Sanuki's specialty white miso hot pot pork for dinner and a Japanese breakfast for breakfast.

This inn is surrounded by nature and is a 50-minute drive from Shikoku Aquarium. The hot spring has a beautiful view that can only be found in the mountains, and you can enjoy the luxury of bathing in the hot spring while looking at the forest in front of Japanese hearth with a hearth. Even though it is in the mountains, Wi-Fi is available, so you can rest assured.

It's close to a town with many restaurants, and the price is reasonable at around 4,000 yen. It's located near Hama-kaido (a four-lane road) on the east side of Takamatsu Station, so it's easy to get there by car. There are udon restaurants nearby, such as "Tamo-ya." If you go a little further east, you'll find restaurants such as "Yamadaya," near Yashima and Yakuri-ji Temple.

"Umi no Yadori" is a 45-minute bus ride from Takamatsu Station, and is a hot spring inn in a great location with a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea. The rooms are elegantly furnished, with impressive wooden construction and beautiful walls. There are also windows from which you can enjoy the view outside. You can enjoy the atmosphere and mood in the large open-air bath, and the indoor large bath is also beautifully equipped.

When visiting Konpira Onsen, we recommend Kotone. This inn is located on the back approach to Konpira Shrine. There are a total of six private baths that you can use as many times as you like during your stay. There is no open-air bath, but you can enjoy Visiting hot springs in different baths, such as a tatami bath, a granite bath, a bath with the scent of muku wood, and a bath with a Taisho Romantic atmosphere. The creative kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）, which uses seafood from the Seto Inland Sea and local vegetables, has a wide variety of dishes and will fill you up.

Shodoshima International Hotel, located on Shodoshima Island, is a hotel with a great view right in front of Angel Road. You can see the beautiful Seto Inland Sea from the guest rooms. The open-air bath is so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves, so you can feel the majestic Seto Inland Sea from any place in the hotel. This is a recommended hotel that is convenient for island hopping and sightseeing.
