If you want to stay elegantly in Kinosaki Onsen town, we recommend "Shogetsutei", and if you want to stay light and alone, we recommend this Ryokan (Japanese inn) "Suigo". It is an easy-to-use inn that specializes in accommodation only, so it is the best inn to use for a casual solo trip. It is within walking distance from the station, but they will also provide a shuttle if you contact them. Using this inn as a base for Visiting hot springs is very comfortable. It is also very cost-effective, so it is recommended for solo travelers.

This hot spring inn is conveniently located for sightseeing at Nagoya Castle, and is a great place to relax! You can relax in the large baths, which are made from natural hot spring water. For breakfast, you can enjoy Buffet featuring Nagoya specialties such as beef tendons and chunky root vegetables simmered in Hatcho miso, kushikatsu, and fried shrimp.

There are many hotels and Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Nara city, but there are only a few city hotels around Kashihara. It is a hotel-less area. The hotel I recommend is "THE KASHIHARA". It is a decent hotel.

There are three open-air baths in the large communal bath with a reclining Lying-down bath. Since they have their own hot spring source, you can use the free-flowing water 24 hours a day, except for cleaning from 10:00 to 14:00 and when the men's and women's baths are switched. There seem to be more families and men's guests than women. Dinner is a Japanese meal that seems to be an arrangement of local cuisine, and breakfast is also mainly Japanese, with delicious local Koshihikari rice.

I recommend Hotel Green Plaza Hakone. They have a plan for single use, which is good. It's convenient because you can use the Tomei Expressway. You can see Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath.

The water flows directly from the Bandaiko hot spring. Breakfast and dinner are served as Buffet, with all-you-can-drink options. There is a large public bath and an open-air bath, and you can use the indoor and outdoor baths for free in the private baths. There are Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and guests can stay alone. For entertainment, there is a small games corner, free table tennis, and one hour of free karaoke. All of this means you can stay for around 10,000 yen per person, making it quite reasonable.

This hotel is easily accessible, about 15 minutes by free shuttle bus to Disney Resort. The rooms are spacious and clean, so you can relax alone. Izumo Taisha Shrine can be reached by taking the Ichibata Electric Railway from Izumoshi Station to Izumo Taisha-mae Station via Kawato Station, so if you stay at this hotel, you will feel very safe. Since it is a business hotel, the accommodation fee is reasonable. The large public bath on the 4th floor has an indoor bath with hot spring water from Shinan-nami Onsen. The restaurant is open during dinner time, so you can include breakfast in the accommodation plan and order dinner separately at the restaurant. There are various menus for Japanese kaiseki and meat dishes.

This is a hidden hot spring inn located upstream of the pure Shimanto River. It is convenient for sightseeing in the area, such as fishing for sweetfish in the Shimanto River and firefly hunting. You can also enjoy the hot spring in the open-air bath and large bath, where you can enjoy the fresh greenery in spring and bath to view the snow in winter. As for meals, you can eat kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）made with local ingredients such as Shimanto eel, Shimanto Japanese black beef, and Shimanto pork.

Spend your time in a room with a half open-air bath with free-flowing water. You can soak in the hot water while elegantly gazing at the valley from the terrace, and, on clear nights, the starry sky. Both dinner and breakfast can be eaten in the semi-private kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）. Dinner is a kaiseki meal made with carefully selected ingredients professionally prepared, and breakfast is a creative Japanese meal that features an arrangement of local cuisine. You can see the Kinugawa River below the inn's open-air bath and large communal bath. There is also a half open-air private bath available for a fee, but since there is an open-air bath in the room, you probably won't use it. In addition to the bar and karaoke, you can receive a full-body massage at the permanent beauty salon. You can spend a relaxing time without having to worry about anyone.

If you are in the Skytree area, I recommend Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Oshiage. It is located right in front of the Skytree. The nearest station is a 1-minute walk from Oshiage Station on the subway, and a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Station on the Tobu Line. I stayed here the day before climbing the Skytree, and I was in a good mood because I could see about the lower half of the Skytree from my room. The bathroom was spacious, which is unimaginable for a business hotel, and I felt that it was a premier hotel.

This hotel offers a plan for single occupancy with breakfast included, so it should suit your needs. The price is also within your budget, so I recommend it. After enjoying soto-yu (public bathhouses), relax in the indoor bath. The open-air rock bath is a real treat.

All the 100% natural hot spring are directly sourced, and the quality of the springs at this hotel was excellent. The building is a little old, but I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the age of the building and wants a cheap place to stay. When I stayed there, dinner kaiseki（a traditional Japanese multiple course meal ）, and breakfast was Buffet. The breakfast included yogurt from areas close to Kusatsu.
