What Japanese-style hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Dogo Onsen would my foreign friends enjoy?

I have a foreign friend coming to Japan to visit, so I'm thinking of taking him to a hot spring. I want him to have a truly Japanese experience, so if possible, I'd like to stay in a Japanese-style room and stay at a hot spring Ryokan (Japanese inn) where I can eat delicious Japanese food.
