If you're looking for all-you-can-eat in Gero Onsen, we recommend Yukai Resort!
-
This is a hot spring inn belonging to the Yukai Resort group, and since it is located on a hilltop, the view is great. There is a large window in the large public bath, and at night the city lights are very beautiful. Four inns lined up along the Tobida River
-
"Suimeikan" is an inn consisting of four buildings lined up along the Tobida River. Each building has a different atmosphere, but if you would like to enjoy the night view, we recommend "Rinsenkaku". This building is the highest of the four, so if you request a room on the upper floors you can get a panoramic view of Gero's townscape. There are several dining options, and while dinner is a kaiseki meal, there is Buffet for breakfast.

Enjoy an elegant stay at a long-established Ryokan (Japanese inn) in Atami
-
This is a luxury Ryokan (Japanese inn) that costs over 30,000 yen per night. The rooms with open-air baths are 12.5 tatami mat rooms, 5 tatami mat rooms, and a reception room. The open-air bath attached to the room is large enough for two adults to bathe comfortably. For meals, we had kaiseki cuisine in our room, mainly seafood, due to the local nature of the place.

-
The most luxurious thing to do in Atami is to stay in an open-air bath room at Furuya Ryokan (Japanese inn) and dine in your room.
-
At Furuya Ryokan (Japanese inn), the baths in the guest rooms and the inn are all fed from the same hot spring source. The open-air baths in the rooms are also made with natural hot spring water, so no water is added and the temperature is adjusted with a rolling pin. The amount of water can be adjusted with the faucet. When you turn it on, the hot spring water comes out. There are several courses for the kaiseki cuisine, but it is well within your budget. Just like the baths, they place great importance on the freshness of the ingredients and the timing of their meat and fish.

The Honokidaira Ski Resort is about 20km away, and it's about 40 minutes by car, or about an hour by bus, so it's not that far. It's a beautiful hotel that has been in business for over 50 years, and is representative of Takayama. The mountain views from the rooms are great, and the hotel boasts an open-air garden bath. The locally produced regional cuisine, especially the dishes using Hida beef, are the best in the world.

This Ryokan is renowned for its 100% natural, free-flowing hot springs that are neither circulated nor filtered. Since they are private, you can enjoy your time without worrying about others, ensuring a truly personal experience. Spectacular Fireworks & Excellent Hot Spring Facilities
-
I wanted to enjoy the Atami Marine Fireworks from my room, so I stayed at Atami Korakuen Hotel with my family! The location of this hotel is the best, facing Atami Bay. When I made the reservation, I specified an ocean view room where I could see the fireworks, and I was impressed by the spectacular fireworks I could see from the balcony. Especially on the day of the fireworks, the whole hotel was in a festive mood and the excitement was heightened. The meal was a nice point that you could choose between a buffet style mainly with seafood and kaiseki(a traditional Japanese multiple course meal )you can savor at your leisure. I chose the buffet, but there was a wide variety of fresh sashimi and roast beef, and everything was delicious. Eating while looking out at the sea from the window further enhanced the resort atmosphere. There was a hot spring facility attached, and the outdoor standing bath there was Breathtaking view that seemed to be integrated with Sagami Bay. It was quite deep, so small children were not allowed in, but there were many other baths so the whole family could enjoy it. There was also a large observation bath inside the hotel, and here too, I was able to soak in the bath while looking out over Sagami Bay and enjoying the beautiful night view. There are also shops, karaoke, beauty salons and more, so you can have fun all day long inside the hotel.
