Could you please recommend a place to stay in a Kyoto townhouse? My budget is less than 20,000 yen for two people Accommodation only.

I heard that there are lodgings in Kyoto that use "machiya" houses. I would like to stay there, but it is difficult to rent an entire authentic machiya house because it is expensive. Please let me know of any lodgings that are reasonably priced, even if they are "machiya-style". Please exclude hotels that are like guesthouses or youth hostels. I am thinking of a budget of less than 20,000 yen for two people with no Accommodation only. I would prefer a location near Kyoto Station, Shijo, Gion, or Kiyomizu-dera.
