I'd like to go to Echigo Yuzawa Onsen with a friend in the spring and enjoy hot spring hopping and eating around. We both eat a lot, so we'd like to enjoy the food at the inn in addition to eating around. Can you recommend an inn with an open-air bath and meals included?

I'm going to travel from Tokyo to Osaka for a week using the Hokuriku Arch Pass. Since I'm here, I'll take a bath in a hot spring! I'd like to stay one night at Unazuki Onsen in Kurobe.
