温泉街のほぼ中心に有るので、散策するのに便利だ。素泊まりプランが有り、少し高目の価格になる。風呂は男女別に内風呂と広い露天風呂が有り、黒川温泉では珍しい硫黄泉を楽しめる。飲食店は、ホテルから徒歩２分以内のところに２件は有る。

砂蒸し風呂とお湯のお風呂、どちらも楽しめます。

こちらでは、指宿温泉名物の砂蒸し風呂を存分に楽しむ事が出来ます。更に日本の江戸時代、元禄期の大浴場を再現した浴場もあります。まるでプールの様に広い浴場ですので、ゆったりとしたスペースで入浴を楽しむ事が出来ます。

「指宿ロイヤルホテル」には砂むし温泉はホテル内にはないですが、砂風呂がやっているところまでバスで無料送迎してくれるので特に問題はなかったです。ホテル内の大浴場や露天風呂も、お湯の質が良くて景色も良かったですよ。食事も美味しい焼酎に薩摩黒毛和牛のステーキなど、地元の食材を使った料理を堪能しました。

鹿児島ならぜひ指宿温泉で砂蒸し風呂も体験してみてください。こちらの純和風の旅館で気軽に体験でき砂蒸し風呂の足湯バージョンもあります。大浴場と露天風呂と2箇所の貸切温泉もありました。お料理も有名な黒豚しゃぶの会席や海が近いので申請な魚介を使った会席料理を食べることができます。本格的な焼酎もいただけますよ。

地元の素材を多用した和食の懐石料理です。カボチャ、インゲン、里芋の煮っ転がしや、熊本牛がありました。お風呂は日本庭園と一体化した露天風呂があって開放感があってお湯も世良かったです。貸し切り風呂もあるので、夫婦水入らずでお湯を楽しめます。

屋久島で一番大きなホテル

10年前に屋久島に行きました。屋久島で一番大きなホテルで1万坪の庭園があり、ホテルの中に入ると2階まで突き抜ける様な大きな屋久杉が迎えてくれる。今もあるのか分からないですが、屋久杉ランドにバスで行った時に驚いたのは、いわさきホテルの宿泊者は停留所でなくても載せてもらったり途中の山中で鹿に出会った時はバスを止めて写真を取る時間を頂いたりと素晴らしい旅行になりました。

I've been there a few times, both for driving from Fukuoka and for day trips. (It's a luxury hotel, so it's hard to stay there!) The open-air bath is very spacious, and the mountains spread out in front of you, Breathtaking view! After the bath, I recommend the traditional pudding at Cafe BanBan. It's a firm pudding that you could eat in cafes during the Showa era, and I go there just for that. The interior is Japanese-style, with a warm wooden feel. The meals use seasonal Japanese ingredients, so I think parents will be happy too.

指宿いわさきホテルは、温泉も楽しめ、海が見えるので、楽しめると思います。ホテルの中に砂風呂もあり、砂風呂のあとは海が見渡せる露天風呂に入るととても気持ちが良かったです。特に朝日を見ながら入るとよいです。食事もまあまあおいしくて、家族で楽しめるホテルです。

こちらの宿は江戸末期から続く老舗であり、歴史を感じさせてくれ、黒川温泉らしさを味わえる趣ある宿です。大浴場の造りも趣があり、ゆったりと入ることができました。内湯も露天風呂も出たくないと思えるほど素晴らしい光景です。部屋も落ち着きがあり、窓からの木々の眺めも素晴らしいものでした。お料理は地元の肉や野菜を使った蒸籠蒸しで、上品な味わいです。他のお料理も地野菜がたっぷりと使われ大満足の内容でした。スタッフの方々の気遣いも良く、居心地よい宿でした。

鹿児島中央駅までの無料送迎バスを出している宿は残念ながら有りませんね。指宿駅と鹿児島中央駅はローカル線の電車で移動してください。休暇村は指宿温泉の源泉掛け流しを大浴場の内風呂と錦江湾を間近に露天風呂から眺められるだけではなく、砂蒸し風呂（１回990円）も楽しめる。この他に貸切半露天風呂も有る。食事は夕食はメイン料理を決めて+ハーフビュッフェのスタイルで郷土料理を沢山食べられる。朝食はビュッフェにスイーツ&フルーツで朝から健康的な南国の朝食という感じでテンションが上がる。

It is built in the style of an old Japanese house, and has a warm and stylish design. There are several types of rooms, so you can choose the one that suits your taste. We stayed in a room on the first floor of independent guest cottages. It is a single room of 10 tatami mats, but it has a veranda, so it feels open. The room has an open-air bath, so we were able to enjoy the hot springs at our leisure while looking at the night sky and blue sky. 指宿温泉こらんの湯 錦江楼さんならご希望に添えるでしょう。大浴場からは錦江湾が見えて眺めが良いです。庭園の露天風呂もありました。こちらは予約制です。露天風呂は少し狭いですが、風情があってゆっくりと浸かることができます。ホテル内には焼酎のバーがあるので、親子で芋焼酎や数々の銘酒を飲みながら楽しい時間を過ごせるでしょう。
