My friends are coming from overseas to participate in Comiket at the end of the year. They speak broken Japanese, so please let me know a hotel that is easy to get to from Tokyo Big Sight (Tokyo International Exhibition Center), reasonably priced, and has a large bed so that even tall girls can stretch their legs out and sleep.

Are there any accommodations in Sendai where I can go to hot springs?

I'm going to Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture on a business trip. Since I'm going there anyway, I'm thinking of spending the night at a hot spring on the way back, so please tell me a hotel in Sendai where I can go to a hot spring. I don't mind a room only without meals, so I'd like a place I can stay at on a budget. A business hotel is fine, not Ryokan (Japanese inn). I'll be driving, so I'd like a place with a parking lot.
